INFLUENCER house DIRECTOR

Coastline Creatives is a full-service talent management agency, focused on food & beverage, health, and lifestyle clients. We’re looking for an exceptional candidate to become an Influencer House Director to grow the team. This role is truly a marriage of sales and campaign management, and it requires someone who thrives doing both. This individual will be negotiating and securing brand partnerships for our influencer house activations taking place quarterly, as well as managing the outcomes of the house, and reporting back to valued brand partners. An ideal candidate will have experience pitching, negotiating, and managing six-figure brand deals on behalf of our groups of creators in different content niches. In their client-facing role, they will be responsible for guiding brand and agency parters to define campaign creative guidelines, channel strategy, and publishing best practices.

You will oversee an Influencer House Operations Manager, providing a framework for executing campaigns won as a result of your outreach. You can expect to work collaboratively with the Talent Management team to create compelling scopes of work that lean into our creators’ strengths and niches, while maximizing their channels to generate big results for our brand and agency partners.

Profile of our ideal candidate:

  • Your profile must be that of an extrovert & performance-driven salesperson with a passion for negotiating deals

  • Comfortable overseeing the execution of Influencer House campaigns from initial point of contact through fruition 

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects

  • Flexibility to handle changing market conditions and workload under tight deadlines; our industry is anything but consistent and boasts busier seasons that require heightened attention and focus

  • Demonstrated network of contacts in the food & beverage industry

  • A desire to assist in development of internal tools to scale influencer management and business development best practices

  • Someone who brings their personality to work, and appreciates camaraderie and working within a small team

Desired Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Sponsorship & events sales experience (required): 2-5+ years

  • Talent Management: 2-5+ years is a major plus

  • Demonstrated ability to think outside of the box and be solutions-oriented

  • Avid user of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok

  • Familiarity with the influencer landscape

  • We are a fully-remote agency, however work status in the U.S. is required., and the ability to travel for on-site activations is a must.
